II. Protection of intellectual property rights: property of trademark and its related name of RANGALii SUP belong to RANGALii brand and its owner, and are under the protection by law. All trademark, copyright, emblem and symbol form the intellectual property rights of RANGALii SUP or its affiliated companies, and are protected by federal and state laws, and shall not be copied or imitated fully or partially. Using the trademark and commodity names without authorization is prohibited.

III. Limit of liabilities: the platform bears the liabilities for the voluntarily uploaded content within legal framework; and the platform does not bear any liabilities whatsoever for the comments, commodity information and others publicized by the users.

Part of the services of the platform is characterized by bulletin board system (BBS), and the information therein (including but not limited to company name, contact person and his/her contact information, product description, related pictures and videos) is provided voluntarily by the users and are uploaded. Members bear relevant legal liabilities for all the information they have provided and uploaded.
